Harte Utilities Limited employ some of the most experienced operatives in the Tayside/Fife area,
All operatives have been trained in the NRSWA, DOMS procedures, Water Hygiene
Code of Practice and Construction Skills Competence Scheme with all plant
operators in possession of the CPCS. Our workmanship is frequently audited
both in-house and by external resources. Our management team pride themselves
in the high level of performance with regard to Health & Safety.

Training
Harte Utilities Limited UK's Board and Manager's have instilled a workforce development programme where
training and development is seen as a key activity within the business and where all employees
are encouraged to participate in developing their own careers. Performance reviews have been
implemented to identify
company training needs which will lead to the provision of learning
opportunities and facilities to support professional qualifications in line with continual
professional development.Training activities will be managed and developed via an annual
training programme that reflects individual, team and company needs with Performance Reviews
identifying training needs and idividual development plans. Training requirments will also be
driven by Regulatory and Legislative requirements which will be closely adhered to.
The Harte Utilities
board is accountable for all workforce development with its managers responsible for training
and development activities within their remit. All employees have a duty to inform their manager/
supervisor of any training needs and must apply the learning recieved towards their roles and
responsibilities
